Dear Colleague,
Over the past 20 years, as a real estate broker
in New York, I've experienced just about every situation a broker/salesperson
might incur.
Objections, rejections, the ups and downs of
the real estate market are things that we, as professionals, must overcome to be
successful. The art of
listing and putting together a sale is a combination of timing, skill and
fortune.
Over the years I've trained, motivated and
guided brokers/salespeople to increase their skills and become more
productive.

Howard Nussdorf began his real estate career in 1981
working for a Century 21 office. In less than two years, after winning awards
as Top Listing Associate and a member of the Million Dollar Sales Club, Howard
opened Dyker Real Estate and hasn't looked back. Over the years and through
many changes, Dyker Real Estate has grown and prospered.
In 1981, Howard embarked in teaching, training and
recruiting techniques in real estate throughout New York City.
However, Howard's motivational training is what really
stands out. His knowledge in real estate has helped brokers and salespeople
increase their skills in all areas. Howard also does recruiting seminars and
guides new brokers who are starting out. |
