I wanted to bring to your attention that in my opinion, Howard is an excellent teacher and an asset to your organization. This is the first time that I have met Howard, but when someone does such an outstanding job as he did, this should be brought to your attention. I have had a decent amount of education in my career, MBA and an MS, and Howard is definitely among the top teachers I have ever had. So whatever you are paying him, you should start thinking of raising it.
I would absolutely recommend this course, with Howard, naturally, as the teacher to anyone.

Dear Howard,
I wanted to thank you for your enthusiastic, interesting presentation of the CAPE Real Estate class I just completed. You did a great job, and it was a pleasure to meet you.
While I'm not sure that I'm actually going to pursue a career in Real Estate, the course helped me qualify my level of interest and I exceeded my expectations in terms of what I learned. Just finished a one day, Friday CE class with Howard Nussdorf. The class was very informative and gave great advice. The instructor was just great. Since I will be returning in January for the rest of my 22 1/2 hours, January 14 and 21, I was wondering if Howard will be teaching either of those days and if not, who the instructors will be. Thank-you for your response.

I was able to pass both tests and know that I wouldn't have been successful if I had not listened to you with all the attention I could muster.
